Tony Misura, President
Tony’s 20+ years of industry experience include more than 10 years as General Manager for a National Distributor responsible for a $30m P&L. He obtained firsthand industry experience by managing multiple start-ups and refining turnaround strategies. He specializes in developing and implementing corporate-wide management recruiting and training programs, which has honed his ability to understand and relate to our clients’ needs.

Michele Burger, Vice President  
Michele brings exceptional people skills, strong intuition, and outstanding project management abilities to the task of identifying the best candidates for our clients. Her enthusiasm and energy level are matched by her genuine understanding of the industry’s recruitment strategies. Her experience in National Accounts Management and Dealer Development with a Fortune 500 manufacturer has made her knowledgeable about client needs and concerns.
